  • Share Our Feeds

On our old site, our visitors were able to share our feed by the simple application of HTML code into your website. As our new site is based around RSS feeds, our visitors and users have a couple of other options.

Our Main RSS feed has been registered with a number of RSS feed cataloguing sites. Our main feed can be read on many of these sites including Yahho. Our RSS feeds are available for subscription individually by clicking on the RSS symbol when you see it on a page. This feed can then be subscribed to and can be read on your computer by a number for RSS Reader programs.

Some websites allow RSS feeds to be embedded into your code. If your site allows this, you are most welcome to use our feeds.

Our feeds can also be installed through a simple Java Script code that can be entered into your website. It is a little bit more complicated but it is easy.

    1. Find the feed you want from the site. You can create RSS for each blog and even our forum. Alternatively you can take our main feed which has a URL of http://community.thefooty.com/blogs/MainFeed.aspx
    2. Go to the following website: http://www.feedcommander.com/category/free/ This website provides a program that allows you to tweak how the feed looks and creates the required code that can then be entered into your website.
    3. Enter your code and reap the benefits of having changing content on your site without the associated hassle.

It really is easy to share our headlines on your site. If you have any problems please feel free to email the webmaster@thefooty.com for assistance.
