There were doubts about the Bulldogs without the go-forward of Ben Hannant. But those doubts were erased with stirling performances from Michael Ennis and Josh Morris as they commanded the Bulldog outfit over a enthusiastic Cowboys team 30-18. Bryson Goodwin scored a double, again showing just how much he has progressed at the Dogs. Surely, Ennis and Morris will both be chosen for the Blues Origin.

The other Friday night was a chance for the Dragons to show-off their brick wall defence with a grinding 21-10. Brett Morris, Jamie Soward and Ben Hornby supported cases for selection for the Blues.
